Let’s have a section about how small companies can offer excellent customer service. Examples – EWP & WN, slow to get back to us. Statements like we will be back to you in 24 hours won’t make it when one is having a problem they need solved now. EWP took weeks to get back to me and cost me minimum $2500. Agile is another one… 2 months and never solved my problem. Contacted CEO, he delegated it, never personally contacted me. Macher!
